Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl Base
½ cup frozen bananas
½ cup frozen strawberries
1⁄3 cup Silk® original protein almond milk
4 TBSP FASTer Way unflavored collagen peptides
2 tsp Bob's Red Mill gluten free flaxseed meal
1 TBSP pure maple syrup
Optional Toppings
Navitas Organics goji berries
RIND Snacks organic unsweetened coconut crisps
Sliced banana
Sliced strawberries
Honey
Gluten free granola
Preparation
Place frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, collagen peptides, flaxseed meal, and maple syrup in a blender and pulse or blend on low until the consistency resembles Dippin’ Dots
Add in the almond milk and blend on low until combined
If a thinner consistency is desired, add 1 TBSP almond milk at a time until desired consistency is reached
Pour smoothie into a bowl
Add your favorite toppings
Enjoy!
My favorite way to top this smoothie bowl is with goji berries, coconut crisps, and sliced banana.
